@SpartanW98 that’s true but they can’t be called spoilers as a spoiler disrupts airflow over the wing creating a loss of lift.
Paratroop deflectors can slow an aircraft by increasing drag n act like a air brake.

As far as I know …
As far as I know real c-130’s don’t have spoilers although deploying the paratroop deflectors (the ones you seem to me talking about, they protect paratrooper from fast airdraft while jumping out the back door) can have a similar effect!
